CLASS HAPPENINGS

All of our cheer and gymnastics classes now follow an 8-week progressive training curriculum designed to support development and skill long-term success.

During each session, athletes focus on building strength, technique, and confidence while working toward mastering specific skills.

This structured approach allows coaches to track progress, provide consistent instruction, and ensure athletes are safely and appropriately prepared to advance into more challenging levels when they are ready.

This applies to our cost structure as well. Rather than pay every four weeks you will be billed every eight weeks at $170/$180 per eight week session.
